Accompanied the development of radio and TV technologies, the complexity of system integration has become increasingly higher in recent years, and the most typical one’s HD TV OB van. The HD TV OB van manufactured by our company for Heze Municipal Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, Press and Publications uses VOLVO’s S400 pneumatic suspension towing vehicle, and the semi-trailer is our company’s gooseneck semi-trailer chassis, which effectively increased interior height to 2,010mm. Van body has the structure of ‘steel frame and aluminum skin’, and the main skeleton uses high-strength seamless rectangular steel tubes. The van body consists of main van body + right hand side pulling van body, and the opening and body of side pulling van body use special structure to reinforce van body, which prevents concave and deformation caused by extension of side pulling van body. The length of side pulling van body reaches 8.6m, which set a record for the longest single-side pulling van body in China. The horizontal stretched length of side pulling van body’s 0.9m, which makes it spacious and comfortable to work in the van. The van is over 16m in length and the total stretched width is 3.4m.

To exhibit its technical level, the company exhibited the vehicle at ‘the 18th Beijing International Radio, TV & Film Exhibition’, which received extensive attention from related leaders and media. Zhang Haitao, Deputy Commissioner of State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television checked out the vehicle, and spoke highly of it.

This vehicle is mainly used for live shooting, recording and rebroadcasting of large sports events and important public activities. The vehicles were immediate put into use for broadcasting of National Swimming Championships held in Beijing after delivery. After that, the vehicles completed the important task of rebroadcasting of National Universities’ Games held in Shandong, which showed outstanding performance and excellent quality.
