BDK manufactured several multifunctional rapid road inspection vehicles (systems) for the Highway Administration of Zhejiang Province. This vehicle uses Ford mid-size vehicle as platform, which carries rut information collecting and analyzing system of laser rut meter, scene recording camera and computer hardware and software. The system detects and collects road surface quality data through different sensors mounted outside the vehicle, and obtains information of different indicators through computer real-time processing or post-processing. It’s mainly used for continuous, non-contact, high speed and real-time collection of highway road surface information on highways and urban roads. This vehicle is the most advanced road quality inspection vehicle with rut detection precision of ≤ 0.5mm. Besides, BDK has manufactured a great number of similar vehicles for many road management and operation departments as well as research and analysis departments in China.
