-Technical Innovation Center’s Special Training on System, Process and Execution

To carry out entity operation of Technical Innovation Center, the company provided a training session on propagation and implementation of internal control system themed by System, Process and Execution of Business Division of Technical Innovation Center on August 23. Staff of Business Division of Technical Innovation Center along with over 10 related personnel attended this training on propagation and implementation. 

The company had Zhao Bo, instructor from Han Consulting Group delivered the training session, which’s divided into propagation and implementation of consulting results concerning entity operations of Business Division of Technical Innovation Center, specifications on key systems and processes concerning internal control of Business Division of Technical Innovation Center, rules and execution of building of internal control system. During the training session, trainees thoroughly learned the general ideas for the building of organizational structure of Business Division of Technical Innovation Center and design of position system, analyzed organizational functions, and learned related experiences of the benchmark enterprise of Huawei on building of internal control system. In particular, the instructor delivered detailed interpretation and analysis on 10 systems and 4 processes, which include core management system of Business Division of Technical Innovation Center, project management measures and research personnel management measures. At last, the instructor listed Five Major Disappoint Systems by reverse thinking, which inspired trainees’ deeper thinking. If we are the managers, how could we integrate and push forward internal control system and technical innovation, what should employees do to effectively carry out internal control system, and thus accomplish the enterprise’s objectives and tasks. 

This special internal control training has popularized and propagated general ideas for entity operations of Technical Innovation Center, management systems and processes, and further specified the direction for the future development of Technical Innovation Center and next steps of staff, which laid a solid foundation for the company’s future technical innovation works.
